Class Info/Description:

How important is it to get enough sleep, and how much sleep should we get every night?  What is good stress versus bad stress?  We’ll learn the answer to these questions as well as talk about what your bedtime routine is like.  Then, we are going to play “What Should I Do?”  Can’t wait to see you friends!
