- Recognize the importance of caring for the stomach and skin to maintain good health.
Skin Protection Craft:
Provide your child with paper, markers, and crayons. Instruct them to draw a picture of themselves and their skin. Encourage them to illustrate ways they can protect their skin, such as wearing sunscreen and avoiding touching harmful objects.
Digestive System Model:
Create a simple digestive system model using household items. Use a clear plastic bag to represent the stomach and fill it with crackers and water. As you gently knead the bag, explain how the stomach breaks down food.
